Ijeoma Nwaogwugwu is one of the leading female journalists in Nigeria. There are even awards that can corroborate this fact. She is quite important in the world of journalism in Nigeria and meets the notability criteria of Wikipedia.
Yes, I'm in the middle of creating the page and if the speedy deletion tag had waited a while longer I would have added all the content and references I was intending to.
