editRE: The title of this article. The use of "India" in the title is appropriate since there really is no such thing as just a Mark II hand pump. In fact, "Mark II" in this case is used to mean model #2 - the second rendition of the India pump. The pump was designed and is predominately manufactured in India but is used around the world and referred to around the world as the India Mark II. Removing India, in this case, will cause confusion.
