My intentions are NOT to place advertisements or do commersial stuff on Wikipedia

I just try to tell about an area where I have been living for 26 years (and then should know very good) and linking to some internet sites with info about these 10 municipalities that makes this area. I aggree that activities and hotel links might be removed or rewritten because some will see them as commercials, but I just ment to tell about the area and what can those who visit this area can do (activities). This activities list should also tell a lot about what kind of area this is. But I do aggree that they who do know how to rewrite this article without removing the intention of it can see what they can do to it. But I repeat that I know this area "inside out".

My intentions are NOT to violate the Wikipedia roules, but to add information about themes I know something about. But I'm new to this adding / editing, so please be kind to me when I do it in ways that aren't accepted and give me a hint how to rewrite instead of just removing those articles! That is the only way I can learn...

I made a table with external links to official sites of those 10 "Indre Østfold" municipalities

I made a table with external links to official sites of those 10 municipalities that makes this area "Indre Østfold". Why wasn't I allowed to have that table?

I am new at Wikipedia editing so I need to learn. So can anyone tell me why I was NOT allowed to have that table (why it was taken away)?
