The ‘Ms. Trevelyan’
editI would guess that this is the “Scottish Lady Florence Trevelyan, who was asked to leave Britain after a very public affair with the heir to the throne [[Edward VII]].” [1] and also the “ricca signora inglese, lady Florence Trevelyan” [2] who was daughter of Edward Spencer Trevelyan, and spent the rest of her days in Taormina. She seems to have been agreeably eccentric, in another link[3] she has pagoda-style follies built in her Taormina garden from which she could study birds. —Ian Spackman 07:38, 29 September 2006 (UTC)
