Isopar MIsoparaffin fluid – Isopar is the commercial name for a class of about eight related synthetic isoparaffin fluids.[1] For example, in addition to Isopar M, there is also Isopar K which is sometimes used as a component in ice core drilling fluids.[2]

The name Isopar is a trademark of Exxon-Mobil. I would recommend renaming the article "isoparaffin fluid" to use the more generic name. The contracted proprietary product name Isopar can then be mentioned in the article. --mikeu talk 18:41, 17 December 2023 (UTC) — Relisting. Adumbrativus (talk) 08:46, 27 December 2023 (UTC) — Relisting. Vanderwaalforces (talk) 10:31, 11 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Mu301 just to confirm, you are asking to change the scope of the article here, right? Because from reading the article, it seems that the article is about the product, not the compound, though it does use sources for the compound (potential synth issues?).
