Talk:Israel State Archives
An email has been received at VRTS concerning some or all of the text on this page, and can be read by users with a VRTS account.
However, the message was not sufficient to confirm permission for the text. This may, among other reasons, be because there was no explicit release under a free license, or the email address that the permission came from is not associated with the location where the content was originally published. For an update on the issue, please contact the user who added this template to the page, someone else with a VRTS account, or the VRT noticeboard. If a valid permission is not provided within 30 days of the first response by a VRT volunteer, the text will be deleted. |
Reference material
editWhen the copyvio tag is removed, which I hope it will be, considering the "scare off the newbies" approach of the editor who placed it there, please add this source as a reference to the archive location in Jerusalem. - I have written to the permissions administrator asking them to remove the tag but I can't give formal permission to use the material from the ISA website as there is a legal issue involved, which I hope will be resolved very soon (it is also holding up our cooperation with the GLAM project). If there is something else I can do please let me know! I don't want the page to dispappear altogether and I haven't time to rewrite it from scratch.Yarrowplant (talk) 08:04, 14 August 2012 (UTC)
Reopening of the archives
editThe text says they were closed in 2012 and reopening would take a matter of months - so when did this occur? Jackiespeel (talk) 09:52, 12 June 2015 (UTC)
