This biography is not reliable. Nikishov was appointed head of Dalstroy in 1940. He had all his honours intact when he died. In several years he represented Khabarovsk in the Surpreme Soviet as one of two representatives. I have personally meet his collegue, who was still alive in 2006. Jens Alstrup, 2009
