OK, I replaced the completely bogus plot summary with information gleaned from the film's website and amazon.com. It's not as funny as the original, but it's more truthful. Benami 21:45, 22 January 2006 (UTC)
- Okay, my bad. There are evidently two horrible movies out there with the same name, one released in 1997 and the other in '98. Self reverted. Benami 21:49, 22 January 2006 (UTC)
Duplicate Page
editSomebody created a new article for the same movie, but detailed it as releasing a year later. It is titled Jack Frost (1997 movie) so I think they need to be merged or this one entirely deleted. I don't know how to do it, but I'm assuming someone who watches this page will know. --Nehrams2020 03:31, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
Too graphic
editDon't you think the little movie of a snowman raping a girl is a bit much?
- No, because Shannon Elizabeth is fucking hot.
- Don't you think that this isn't a place to discuss your opinion of the content? 24.233.113.155 (talk) 01:06, 25 December 2011 (UTC)
Rape Scene
editIs there a legitimate reason the scene where the snowman serial killer rapes one of his victims is mischaracterized in the plot summary? It reads like he was clumsily hitting her with his chest till she died. A reason might be that it is some how debatable, I was young when I saw it (and to this day I think its one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen) so maybe it wasn't as obvious as I remember. But if it is just because who wrote the summary is squimish, then it should be changed to accurately reflect the events of the movie. 98.28.114.217 (talk) 01:38, 7 January 2009 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Jack Frost cover.jpg
editImage:Jack Frost cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
