Deletion of differences between J&K Act and NRTI
editInterpretation of Indian Legal phrases is different from US laws. You have not studied the J&K Act sufficiently - as for example the definition / usage of the phrase "Government" . It is as good (if not much better than) than any of the State Level RTI Acts, and the definitions are better than NRTI. Plus it doesn't have to deal with the baggage of NRTI. If you have any really important and SPECIFC differences betwen the J&K and NRTI Acts please list them - the examples you have selected are all refutable by a bare reading of the law linked to - since you are possibly unfamiliar with the pecularities of Indian (Westminister model) Legal terminologyDogsoc 17:53, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
