There is no information about Tabatabai's personal life in the article as it currently stands. I was actually curious to know if she is a lesbian, as many of her films (In Orbit, Gripsholm, Four Minutes and Unveiled) have lesbian themes. Of course, she is an actress playing a part in those productions but I was curious if those choices of role reflected her own sexuality. I also found an article [1] in which she is taking a stand in defence of a lesbian woman.
