Merge

edit

Shouldn't we just merge and redirect this to Jennifer? Middenface 19:43, 27 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

No. Jenny refers to some things that Jennifer doesn't. Anyone looking for the Curtis JN4 or the "863-5309/Jenny" song won't type in Jennifer, and shouldn't be directed to Jennifer, because they're not looking for Jennifer. --Badger151 05:28, 25 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

In both cases, given name pages have since been split out of the general disambiguation articles. - Fayenatic (talk) 00:28, 6 November 2007 (UTC)hello!!!!!hihihihihihihugReply

Jenny Was a Friend of Mine

edit

I doubt anyone will look for this song using just the word 'Jenny'. More likely that they'll look up Killers songs if they don't remember the full title already. It would also set a precedent for including any song whose title begins with 'Jenny', I don't think it fits. KZF 13:00, 27 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Female donkey

edit

Does the name Jenny really mean "female donkey" or is this just vandalism? --58.168.205.14 03:50, 20 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yes, it's real. See Donkey#Donkey hybrids and Hinny. - Fayenatic (talk) 00:28, 6 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

1941 song

edit

The show ‘Lady in the Dark’ should be italicized in the entry, but I have missed the syntax. Could someone fix it for me ? TIA. —RayBirks (talk) 17:58, 29 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
