Best of Eurovision

I'm sorry but you're completly wrong. Ruslana didn't claimed nothing. It was a poll conducted by the national German television on their official website. Before the Eurovision final in 2006 , on NDR it was a TV show with guests Nicole (German Eurovision winner) and others. There they presented the results and named Ruslana "the best of Eurovision". Then, they showed Ruslana performing "Wild Dances" at Eurovision 2004 and "Heart on Fire" and "The Same Star" at Eurovision 2005. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
