What year was Carlos Hathcock interviewed by Plaster?
editWhat year did Mr. Plaster do the (video)taped interview of Carlos Hathcock?
Does anyone have a reference?--My public account (talk) 09:33, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
- It was first published in 1993. I believe that these interviews were done in '91 - '92. If you notice, there is a Virginia license plate hanging on the wall over Hathcock's right shoulder. It is "Sniper" and has a 1991 date tag on it.
- The interviews were used in both the Ultimate Sniper video as well as a video Marine Sniper: Carlos Hathcock.

SOG - MACV-SOG - Publications
editI stumbled across the MACV-SOG documentaryMACV-SOG. Pretty short.
Must have been a hard decision for John F. Kennedy. Where the context surely would be interesting, traces in biographies e.g..
Since this isn't exactly my field of core interests I wonder if someone of the people that created this entry read any of his books on the issue. Is the later only some type of update or looking at matters from
Secret Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines with the Elite Warriors of SOG (2004) SOG: The Secret Wars of America's Commandos in Vietnam (1998) ISBN 978-0451195081
Any chance to at least give a hat tip to other soldiers honored in this context as representing the many that died? Where would one find it? The documentary suggests this may not be censored anymore.
