A temporary subpage at User:Polbot/fjc/John Joseph Sirica was automatically created by a perl script, based on this article at the Biographical Directory of Federal Judges. The subpage should either be merged into this article, or moved and disambiguated. Polbot (talk) 20:59, 5 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Conflicting data given for the location of Sirica's death (was at a hospital or speaking engagement?) Mycos 12:07, 16 November 2016 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mycos (talkcontribs)

Watergate only mentioned in intro.

edit

Shouldn't we have a section that details his role in Watergate? How did he coerce the burglars into giving information? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.88.71.195 (talk) 01:23, 10 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Get a better picture

edit

There are many good pictures af John Sirica if you search on Google Images. But aren't there any in the public domain ? No picture is better than this ghostly blurred one. Jaffermaniar (talk) 11:57, 4 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Reference to Adlers book should be removed

edit

This is one persons account which has never been substantiated. There have been many articles/books written on him, and this is never mentioned because it's not true. The New York Times article written in April 3, 2000 by Felicity Barringer refutes all of this...Here is an excerpt "But those who have read just about all the books on Watergate say they have never heard a whisper about any ties between the judge and organized crime. And considering that Judge Sirica made himself an enemy of a group of men adept smearing reputations, it is noteworthy that no hint of possible underworld connections reached those most steeped in Watergate lore"

Please remove the reference, so the focus remains factual JCC322 (talk) 13:23, 12 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
