I'm stuck in a tin can for 5 hours tomorrow late night UTC, so I'm going to use that time wisely to review this article. Prose is "clear and concise", without copyvios, or spelling and grammar errors: B. MoS compliance for lead, layout, words to watch, fiction, and lists: Is it factually accurate and verifiable? A. Has an appropriate reference section: B. Citation to reliable sources where necessary: C. No original research: Is it broad in its coverage? A. Major aspects: B. Focused: Is it neutral? Fair representation without bias: Is it stable? No edit wars, etc: Does it contain images to illustrate the topic? A. Images are tagged with their copyright status, and valid fair use rationales are provided for non-free content: See image review below. B. Images are provided if possible and are relevant to the topic, and have suitable captions: Overall: Pass or Fail: This is an extremely well written article. I only found one glaring issue: In the Allegations of misconduct section, it says "...against them. and of..." There are also some issues with one image. Just needs a bit of cleaning up and then I'd be happy to pass this article. You can use {{Non-free use rationale}}. I would further go to say that this image fails WP:NFCC#8 in both this and worse in List of American mobsters of Irish descent where it also fails WP:NFLISTS. I don't know how to fix that image, and as you point out WP:NFCC#8 seems to be a fatal flaw preventing use in this article under any circumstances.
