Columbian?

If he was born in Columbia and lived in a Native Colombian village before ending up in an orphanage, it should be safe to assume he is of Columbian descent, right? I think the opening sentence should describe him as Columbian-Sami or Columbian-Sami-Swedish. And is it a convention to say Swedish Sami instead of Sami Swedish? In all other cases I've seen the ethnicity describes the citizenship, but I can see the the other way around might be more respectful to the Sami. --Yel D'ohan (talk) 18:29, 21 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
