I created this because I found an erroneous link from List of African-American mathematicians to the cricket player Joseph Dennis. Sorry it's only a stub but I lack the time and resources to find out more about him. By the way the surnames are a co-incidence. He and I are not related (I'm of Irish, German, Scottish ancestry). I was only looking for examples of African American scientists, mathematicians and inventors to make a point on a Facebook discussion. JimD (talk) 10:23, 11 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
