just the facts, ma'am -
editWell, she may be brilliant - but on p. 47 of The Relentless Revolution - A History of Capitalism (which I'm presently reading), she states that Winston Churchill was the younger son of the Duke of Marlborough. Alas, he was the elder son of Lord Randolph Churchill - who was not the Duke of Marlborough. The book is comprehensive but it's a crushing avalanche of names, places, facts and factoids - so a few slip-ups might be inevitable. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Justwanderinby (talk • contribs) 03:44, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
Interview Addition
editHello, I am an intern for the New Books Network and I am currently working on a project where I link the author's interview from the New Books Network onto his/her Wiki page (if the author or their book has one).
Joyce Appleby gave an interview on March 09, 2011 on "New Books in Economics" (cross-posted from "New Books in History") about her book "The Relentless Revolution: A History of Capitalism." If you would like to add the interview to her wiki, you can find the interview here.
Thank you, --Kristine Daggett 19:21, 23 October 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kristine-daggett (talk • contribs)
