I have placed this bio here are the request of the subject, who is an internationally published author, and well-known in her field. All is accurate, unbiased, and informative. I do not see how this conflicts with Wikipedia policy in any way.

The main problem is that we have no way of checking as to whether the information is "accurate, unbiased, and informative" because there are no reliable sources -- arm's-length, third-party sources of expert opinion writing in reputable publications who can verify any of the assertions of notability that you're making. Those are all crucial elements of any Wikipedia article. You can look at WP:Your first article for a useful overview of why and how these elements must be present (you can follow any of the links in this paragraph for a reference to the specific policies).
