The laws is a body of directives from the legislature to the people. The Judiciary has to do with Courts, Judges, implementation of the laws. i.e. not same. Recirprocal ref suff.

i find the difficulty to access the legal system of israel, tough i just wanted to know briefly about israeli legal system. although it was mentioned about the usage of common law system and civil law system in israel, however, i don't understand what extent of common law system and civil law system has been used in israel. (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israel , "government and politics" part) i propose that, those people knows about the extent of usage of common law system and civil law system of israel, please state it out to verify this problem. thank you. -- smilesofangels 0:)

Religious Courts section needs references

edit

Only one reference is cited, a tangential discussion of Jewish religious courts. None of the other courts discussed have any citations. The ref in the intro to the article does mention the religious courts, but not to the extent this section lists. Additional, in Christian Courts, "Evangelical Episcopalian" is mentioned, linking to Episcopal Church in Jerusalem and the Middle East, but the Israeli government site (intro ref) mentions the "Presbyterian Evangelical Church".
