– Kang the comedian seems to be the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC currently, as seen by the pageviews. On Google, it's a close case, but just searching the name there are a little bit more results for the comedian on page 1 (from page two results start being about different, non-notable subjects), and on Google Trends the comedian is more searched than the soccer player. Oppose Not really enough data yet to assert that the comedian is the primary topic... the comedian's article was only created in August and we have less than 2 months of pageview data. Pageview data

If anything, I would suggest that right now there is WP:NOPRIMARY (as the small bit of pageviews data we have has a lot of overlap in daily view count between the two articles, and your assertions that on Google "it's a close case" etc.). I would support Kang Yu-mi → Kang Yu-mi (footballer), and then create a disambiguation page for the two at Kang Yu-mi. We can re-evaluate in 6 months to a year once the data is available to see if a primary topic is more clear. RachelTensions (talk) 00:24, 3 November 2024 (UTC)
