Categories section vs Attributes sections
The three Attributes sections are a repeat of three of the sub-items of the Categories section, which is a bit of a mess. The Categories section is a nicely succinct outline of the items, so I'm hesitant to try folding all the content from the Attributes sections into their respective Categories.
Also, the terms "Threshold", "Performance", and "Excitement" are new terms not mentioned or described in the Categories section, or even in the Satisfaction Drivers Terminology table, even though they are synonyms for Attractive Quality, One-Dimensional Quality, and Must Be Quality. This is potentially confusing to readers.
