It is a good initiative.

I have no linguist experience, but i would say, a script cannot be founded on basis of input by an individual, it need to be peer reviewed, cross referenced, accepted by community of peers and relevant authority. Any materials/research as big as founding a new script for a language (which itself isn't fully researched) is a big task. (It seem your script has borrowed from Bengali, Assamese and other script).
