To the article's creator: please be reminded that the neutral point of view is essential to wikipedia. All articles must adhere to this policy. Speaking of an "atrocious ... regime" that "was most atrocious on its people, collecting unreasonably high taxes even in times of famine" with "a private army of thugs" that commits "vicious attacks" is highly subjective, and such language does not belong in an encyclopedia.
