In this article in the Messenger, a local newspaper, Green's activity over the summer of 2016, where she resigned from the Shadow Cabinet, and then supported Owen Smith's campaign for Leader in the 2nd leadership campaign is covered. I think this should be added, but I am looking for a neutral way of describing the events of the resignations and leadership challenge.
