Article says "Truncated stone corner protects the wooden beams and a wooden peg (kadil) helps in keeping solid wood beams in place." which is lofted from the source but it isn't clarified (eg why "truncated"), even in the source (although the source has image that does show carved stones on the end of the wooden beams). No clarity on where the wooden pegs are placed. On the inner or outer beam crossings, or both. - ... Fig 12 of the Sahapedia ref,[3] does show wooden pins, and also dovetails holding the inner and outer beams together. - Rod57 (talk) 14:51, 30 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
