==birth date update This is the email i sent to the reporter Tom Jicha, Sun Sentinelat [1]
dear mr jicha,
i read your article about the recent passing of singer/actress Kaye Stevens. in the article you state that she was 79 years old when she passed. is there any way we can verify her birth date? wikipedia and imdb states that her birth date is July 21, 1933. if i do the math on her birth and death date that comes out to 78 years of age. any ideas if July 21, 1933 is her correct birth date?

And his reply:
Peter,
I originally used those sources and had it as 78. But her best friend told me she really was born in 1932 and was 79. "That was her little secret," the friend said.

Only child?
editAn only child, her husband, bandleader Tommy Amato, predeceased her
- Why is the fact that her husband was an only child important to mention here? Now, if Kaye Stevens was an only child herself, that might be worth mentioning. But that's certainly not what this sentence is saying. -- Jack of Oz [your turn] 04:14, 30 December 2011 (UTC)

Albums
editI tried to edit the name of ""Not So Great Songs from Not So Great Movies" but it got reverted. Per https://www.discogs.com/Kay-Stevens-Not-So-Great-Songs-That-Were-Left-Out-Of-Great-Movies-For-Obvious-Reasons/release/8173592 and Amazon, the album title is "Not So Great Songs That Were Left Out Of Great Movies for Obvious Reasons," so I don't know why it got reverted, unless it's because I neglected to put a comment. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.201.97.34 (talk) 22:32, 28 October 2019 (UTC)
