I assessed this articles as mid importance to Wikiproject Musical Instruments becauseit is really a class or large group of instruments. On the List of Nepali musical instruments alone, there are several instruments that can be considered Khartals. Jacqke (talk) 16:22, 26 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Need rewrite for organization and sources

The page at present is poorly organized and the descriptions written in an unclear manner. The content lacks citations of specific sources. For a model, see the article de:Kartal (Klapper) in the German Wikipedia, which is extensive and includes references to English-language sources. -- Deborahjay (talk) 14:12, 20 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
