editRegarding the information which was removed, this link covers some, but not all of it - The Independant profile pcfreakshow 19:27, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
Rangers FC
editThe is no verification that Ms Young is a Rangers supporter and given the poor publicity that surrounds that club, feel that the connection should be deleted until it has been verified —Preceding unsigned comment added by 120.17.169.118 (talk) 01:49, 26 December 2009 (UTC)
Actress
editNo mention of acting work in the article. Anyone got any references? Or should it be deleted from lede? Fmph (talk) 13:22, 5 January 2010 (UTC)
Page on agent's site
editThe link to http://www.kbjmgt.co.uk/clients/30-kirsty-young has been removed as "spam". It's a link to ta page about Young on her agent's website, and clearly would not exist without her approval I contend that it is significant, not spam, and should be restored. - I don't agree with that. Young's approval for the content is far from established. It's clearly a commercial link intended to promote the agent's business so the information it contains cannot be relied upon as neutral. WP:SPAMLINK asks editors to consider whether links are commercial before adding them. The content of the link beyond promoting Young's agent contains solely biographical material that does not provide a unique resource beyond what the article would contain if it became a featured article and so is disqualified by the first clause of WP:ELNO. Agencies and business representatives have been banned for adding links to their websites from biographical articles, we shouldn't be doing their work for them. Exok (talk) 17:14, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
