Um, sorry, but I don't believe any bow can shoot one full kilometer out and be anything other than luck. Cite your source please.
Image Used to Prove Range of 1073 Meters
editI am not trying to accuse the credibility of the picture given. However, the picture is not good enough proof to prove that the Korean bow has a possible range of 1073 meters. All the picture shows ia a Korean archer drawing back his bow. I will admit that the bow is a recurved bow and the draw length is amazing. However, this does not SHOW a range of 1073 meters. If possible, I along with others who would truly like to be shown proof of a bow firing an arrow over 1000 meters (heck - over 400 meter is good in my book), would appreciate a better picture. If possible, a link to a video that shows the uninterrupted flight of the arrow.BNgo 19:59, 21 April 2007 (UTC)

The best bow in the world is the Mongol composite recurve bow, and that has a maximum accuracy range of 500-600 meters. Intranetusa 01:06, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
