The famous marathi saint 'Sant' Dnyaneshwar the author of Dnyaneshwari was a Kulkarni. Sant Eknath was also Kulkarni.

pronounciation of Kulkarni
editI believe there are two ways of pronounciation of this in marathi (one with "L" pronounced as in Lata and another one with "L" pronounced as in "shala"). Is this just a matter of pronounciation or is there any further difference in these two Kulkarnis?Tkul 02:38, 19 November 2006 (UTC)tkul
