Regarding Extraction from Advanced History of India=

This section appears to be out of place. Since Skandagupta is the subject being discussed here, I would recommend that it be placed in the article concerning him. I would do it myself, but perhaps the contributor of this section would prefer to do so. I will wait for some time before making the change.
