The narrative of Lebron being compared to MJ as the GOAT is propaganda pushed by the media literally paid by his agency therebefore is invalid and should be removed to stop spreading lies. Doplarn (talk) 19:04, 12 March 2024 (UTC)

Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made.
If reliable sources confirm this claim it can certainly be added, but the existing comparisons should not be removed per WP:BALANCE. Jamedeus (talk) 19:44, 12 March 2024 (UTC)

Update page to include Scandals as new information was released of possible ties to Biogenesis Doping scandal via his business partner Ernest "Randy" Mims <ref>https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/38089564/tony-bosch-biogenesis-treated-wwe-star-big-show-boxer-shannon-briggs-others<ref> and Wife's business partner and former trainer David Alexander. <ref>https://deadspin.com/lebron-jameds-wife-biogenesis-anthony-bosch-1850834572,<ref> As well as vocal accusations from Kevin Garnet <ref>https://www.marca.com/en/basketball/nba/los-angeles-lakers/2024/03/10/65ee02d3ca4741b25e8b458c.html<ref> as well as Chael Sonnen<ref>https://foxsportsradio.iheart.com/content/2024-03-07-balco-founder-says-theres-reason-to-be-supiscious-on-lebron-using-peds/#:~:text=Federal%20documents%20from%202013%20that,received%20illegal%20performance%2Denhancing%20drugs.<ref> 72.48.126.230 (talk) 15:50, 13 March 2024 (UTC)

Not done: Have you read these sources? The ESPN article says "There was never any indication that LeBron James did anything wrong," the lead DEA investigator said. – Muboshgu (talk) 15:54, 13 March 2024 (UTC)
Yes, which is possible ties. The fact that he is being mentioned is a flag as more people are expressing the fact in recent days and he is mentioned through multiple articles. 72.48.126.230 (talk) 17:32, 13 March 2024 (UTC)
Also, the fact that prominent sport athletes as Chael Sonnen and Kevin Garnet are saying these things makes it a scandal. At the very least include that. 72.48.126.230 (talk) 17:36, 13 March 2024 (UTC)
Considering that this is a WP:BLP and we have strict rules around this "guilt by association" stuff, I oppose the addition. Adding this would require a WP:CONSENSUS among the community. Get one first, then it will be added. – Muboshgu (talk) 17:42, 13 March 2024 (UTC)

LeBron’s nicknames

Given the popularity and ubiquity of the nicknames “LeBum” and “LeMickey”, I feel like they are worth mentioning.

Goblintear (talk) 09:54, 11 April 2024 (UTC)

Are there reliable sources that attest to their popularity and ubiquity? —Bagumba (talk) 10:01, 11 April 2024 (UTC)

I wouldn't consider that source reliable enough to determine if it's WP:DUE to mention on his page. —Bagumba (talk) 14:02, 25 April 2024 (UTC)

Remove Michael Jordan from the second sentence of the page.

In the second sentence of LeBron's page, he is compared to Michael Jordan. While I think that his comparison to Jordan is necessary to be in the article, making it in the second sentence is overkill and seems biased. SpenDawg (talk) 06:52, 7 May 2024 (UTC)

Need to update statistics after conclusion of 2024 NBA season. E.g Page still shows Lebron as a 19-time All NBA but he is already a 20-time All NBA member. Gbaltaza (talk) 01:58, 29 May 2024 (UTC)

can you elaborate? both the beginning lead and the "awards and honors" section state he is a 20-time all nba HappyBoi3892 (talk) 02:50, 29 May 2024 (UTC)
Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. thetechie@enwiki: ~/talk/ $ 03:32, 29 May 2024 (UTC)

Under the section "==Early life==", the opening sentence reads "James was born on December 30, 1984, in Akron, Ohio, to Gloria Marie James, who was 16 at the time of his birth." Can you please add "LeBron Raymone" to open the sentence? It should read "LeBron Raymone James was born on December 30, 1984, in Akron, Ohio, to Gloria Marie James, who was 16 at the time of his birth." 2603:8000:8500:38F2:C5C1:BEEE:B0C9:A94 (talk) 21:55, 10 June 2024 (UTC)

Michael Jordan in Second Sentence

Title. Why is MJ in the second sentence of *LeBron’s* Wikipedia page. It feels excessive and out of place considering Michael Jordan doesn’t have that on his page. SpenDawg (talk) 07:51, 25 August 2024 (UTC)

This is also being discussed right above. Fyunck(click) (talk) 08:11, 25 August 2024 (UTC)
