Kapoor's primary notability appears to be a scandal involving cricket player Asad Rauf, based on a Google News search---otherwise, there doesn't seem to be a ton there. However, I'm not familiar with Indian/Pakistani news sources and cannot look into sources in any other relevant languages. The scandal is also not mentioned on Rauf's article. Is Kapoor notable in her market? Was this scandal significant enough to merit mention on Wikipedia?
