No picture?
editI'm not good at adding pictures; but I am good at noticing when they are missing. She will be most popular here with Wikipedia readers since she has the leading role in the Disney 2015 Cinderella movie (as noted in the Article herein). Do a Google-search with < Lilly James > and then click on (images) to see 444 pictures. Surely one can be included here. -- !!!! -- AstroU (talk) 13:12, 4 March 2015 (UTC) -- Articles are best with pictures!

Date of Birth references
editFirst of all, I'm personally flummoxed that so many editors are so concerned about sourcing her birthday. From all the research I've done, there is absolutely nobody claiming it's anything other than 5 April, 1989. I haven't been yet able to source a direct quote of her stating when it is, but I she has confirmed on her Instagram page that it's the week of 5 April. (https://www.instagram.com/p/BhYrknsFp-5/)
I keep seeing references to WP:DOB, which I guess is editors thinking it's somehow a privacy concern? I myself added a link to biography.com confirming her birthday, and others have added references to IMDB and other reasonably reliable tertiary sources. Personally, I believe that while biography.com is a compendia, it is a highly reliable one. According to WP:PSTS, "Deciding whether primary, secondary, or tertiary sources are appropriate in any given instance is a matter of good editorial judgment and common sense, and should be discussed on article talk pages." I don't believe there is a blanket wikipedia policy against ever using tertiary sources as references. (As an aside, in my research I found biography.com to the reference for many celebrity DOBs. If there's one thing I hate, it's inconsistent "rules")
So, rather than continue a fruitless edit war that discourages good faith additions to the site, let's talk about it. Since biography.com is a reputable (albeit tertiary) source, and the subject (James) is clearly a highly public figure, I believe inclusion of her birthday, as referenced on biography.com, is appropriate. Anyone is welcome to chime in with any conflicting information, but I don't believe there is any disagreement on the subject's DOB. Obviously, adding more sources is a good thing, so if someone can provide more please do.DaRkAgE7[Talk] 18:06, 12 January 2019 (UTC)
Went ahead and restored the birth date, since it was listed elsewhere in the article anyway. Used existing references, as well as restored the biography.com source as a third reference in the interest of putting this to bed. It seems to be a fairly well documented fact.DaRkAgE7[Talk] 22:53, 12 January 2019 (UTC)
