The article's definition doesn't mention anything regarding how much of film needs to be animated to be included in these list. So considering how its set up could suggest that any feature film published by MGM that has any portion of animation how big or small should be included. so film with total runtime of animation of lets say 2 minutes can be as much included as film with 70 min of total animation or its entry run time and I suspect on other similar articles to this one there some questionable entries. Even Jerry Beck's list at https://cartoonresearch.com/index.php/animated-movie-guide-1/ has some questionable entries some of the earliest Disney films actually don't have minimum of 40 min of animation in its total run time. While I can agree that Anchors Aweigh, Ziegfeld Follies, Holiday In Mexico, Dangerous When Wet should probably not be included as their total runtime of animation in them is less than 10 minute. I would argue that Invitation to the Dance probably should as Sinbad the Sailor sequence is almost completely animated from start to finish from what I can gather and its 1/3 OF The entry film total runtime. 185.56.12.134 (talk) 03:24, 17 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Should animated films distributed by United Artist be included? Considering that United Artist merged with MGM in 1980, as there were grand total of 4 animated films distributed by UA pre-1980 merger. One Disney produced films, two non-American films and on Ralph Bakshi film. ?DoctorHver (talk) 18:12, 17 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
