editI don’t like the word " tribes sometimes considered as Nagas" please edit it acceptable by all Nagas Maringakans (talk) 03:32, 31 August 2018 (UTC)
- As stated in the sources, these tribes are classified as non-Naga by some sources. utcursch | talk 14:32, 31 August 2018 (UTC)

List of Naga tribes → List of Naga ethnic groups – Tribe is a derogatory term. Anonymousme (talk) 07:35, 14 May 2020 (UTC)
- Explain. To editor Anonymousme: support for this will stem from why you think "tribe" is derogatory. The term is used in sources and also pertains to many other parts of the world. It is used everywhere in a neutral manner to denote people who are grouped together, who live together in a family/tribal manner. So please explain why you think "tribe" is insulting when used with "Naga". P.I. Ellsworth ed. put'r there 12:38, 14 May 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose as per WP:COMMONNAME and usage of tribe does not violates WP:NPOV as explained by Paine Ellsworth. ~Amkgp ✉ 18:29, 14 May 2020 (UTC)
