I appreciate your interest in taking this article to FLC, ISD. It's something I've been thinking about as well, and now might be a good time considering all of the film's pending awards have been announced. As for the lead, I had basically just copied the lead from The Boy and the Heron when I split out this list a couple months ago. It probably needs a good bit of rewriting before it's ready, but thankfully most of the references are either already in this article or can again be copied from the main article. I've been incredibly busy off-wiki lately, but this project is something I can dedicate more time to in a few weeks. —TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 16:22, 11 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
I had a moment this morning, and rewrote the lead to hopefully better summarize the list. Feel free to go over my work and adjust things as necessary — this is my first time working towards an FL, so I'd appreciate feedback! —TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 19:46, 12 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the feedback — done and done. I usually run IABot after adding sources, I guess it just slipped my mind this time! I'm actually quite familiar with Harushiga's work on The Wind Rises's list as I reviewed it at FLC, and used it somewhat as a model for the prose. I'll take a look at your work as well. In the meantime, let me know if there's anything else you think I should work on. —TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 14:39, 13 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
I think you might need to add a reference for the first of the notes - "Shared with Barbie, Ferrari, The Holdovers, The Iron Claw, Maestro, Oppenheimer, Past Lives, and Poor Things." Other than that, I'm slightly unsure about if you need to wait until Critics' Choice Super Awards have been announced or if any other award nominations come along before suggesting it for an FL. I don't think there are any other issues, other than whether or not to old off nomination for FL until the Critics' Choice Super Awards has been announced. ISD (talk) 08:31, 24 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
Now that the last of the awards have been announced, I think it is probably OK to nominate the article for FL now, perhaps after one final check for any typos and such. ISD (talk) 10:12, 5 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
In case it might help, here's some changes that are commonly mentioned at FLC that have yet to be implemented here:
Titles of works in citations should be italicized (MOS:CONFORMTITLE). Some citations already implement it, but not all.
Accolades table needs to have a caption (MOS:DTAB). Something like |+ {{sronly|Accolades received by ''The Boy and the Heron''}} should be added right below {| class="wikitable sortable plainrowheaders" style="text-align:left; width: 100%;".
Table should be sorted alphabetically (by name of award), rather than chronologically.
