Oppose - makes no sense picking one ammong the articles of all countries, and merging it. Have you took a look at the same articles of other European and world countries? The case of Serbia is somewhere in line of the average ammount of airlines at both, current and former. This is something that either should be done overall in all equal articles of all countries along some criterium (exemple, lists of countries with less than 10 airlines to be merged), or then doesn´t make sense doing it just in this case.
