why dead links?

Nearly all of the names listed are dead links. Is this on purpose? Why not remove all those links, leaving them as text-only and only linking names that have an article corresponding to it? Just my opinion.

FL concerns

This is a very old FL, and I feel it has (relatively small) issues with FLCR 3b. The last paragraph of the lead in unsourced, and sources are not cited when they appear, instead using a list of "general references".
