Family column

edit

I can see why the family column is included as so many early women TDs were elected (and selected) on the basis of their relationship to deceased male relatives. But this has been less so over the years. Is the inclusion of the column not sexist as a similar column is not included in lists of male TDs? This information should be included in Families in the Oireachtas and in most cases already is so I suggest it should be removed. Gramscis cousinTalkStalk 12:41, 6 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

I agree. It is sexist and should be removed. Spleodrach (talk) 09:17, 7 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
