Current?
editNo article about a major city should begin with "There is currently..." because it will be incorrect shortly after it's written. Maybe "As of ####, there were....", but even that seems odd & pointless. Currently (Nov.2019) there are at least 2 new artificial islands East of Macau; one with SUBSTANTIAL construction on it, and a major highway running across & partly under the bay to HKIA and Kowloon (where it's called the Lantau Link). But I can't figure out what the giant oval building on that island is, or why the roads circle it & fan out in several location. I can only guess that it's a gargantuan customs inspection station.
