Songs missing from list
editI'm missing "The Lady is a Tramp" from the "Mr Bojangles" Maxi-CD. Salzgurke (talk) 17:05, 24 January 2014 (UTC)
- Thank-you so much. Really appreciated. I knew i'd have missed one or two. --Jonie148 (talk) 22:22, 24 January 2014 (UTC)
- Sorry, but it's even three ;-) I found two more tracks on my "Somethin' Stupid" CD: "Eternity (Orchestral Version)" and "My way (Live at the Royal Albert Hall)" (yes, taken from "Live at the Albert"). And by the way there are more live recordings on some RW singles - I remember e.g. "Millennium" and "Supreme". Talking about "Supreme", I have got the French single "Suprême", which does not only contain the English version and the French version, but also a mixed version of both languages (English verses and French refrain, if I recall correctly). Hmmm, I may go through my Singles collection to find some more rarities...Salzgurke (talk) 17:38, 29 January 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks for taking such an interest Salzgurke, just to quote the first line of the article again; "This is an attempt to compile a list of Robbie Williams' studio recordings during his time as a solo artist". To repeat, "Studio Recordings". Therefore live versions are not deemed worthy of being included (general Wikipedia policy), and as 'Eternity (Orchestral version)' is just another version of Eternity, listing that would mean we had to list all different versions of different songs, and I don't fancy that quite frankly. Please though, continue to contribute to the article, it sounds like you have a better RW collection than me :) The English and French Supreme is certainly new to me. --Jonie148 (talk) 21:59, 29 January 2014 (UTC)
