I am not familiar with offial methods of disputing article accurcy, but I would like to say that there are no strong evidences that Ceca's album was sold in 145.00 copies, because:
1. First circulation was 150.000 copies (http://www.vbs.rs/scripts/cobiss?ukaz=DISP&id=1522276650092936&fmt=11&rec=2&sid=1 ; this is web database of the official national register of all music releases; only serbian version avaliable) and there are still CDs that can be bought
2. Second circulation is not published, and that is what singers always do when the first is sold out (also possible to check by browsing National Library of Serbia Electronic Catalogue)
3. Also, the source of article, the magazine Svet is known for its bias towards Ceca, and its relevance is questionable.
