Violates Neutral POV?
editHi, I'm a newbie editor, and I'm not really sure of the procedure on putting banners on pages that may violate Wikipedia guidelines - is that something that only administrators do? Anyway, I wanted to put up some alert that the sentences that cite Frankel's bio on HuffPo (which reads as if it was written by her campaign) do not use impartial tone (e.g., "important social issues") and read like her PR materials, but I'm not ready to necessarily take on editing this page myself. Thanks! Jbsteiny (talk) 17:42, 9 February 2012 (UTC)
-agreed. There was a press release from the website that was copied and pasted there that misrepresented some facts too. The press release said that she co-authored Florida's first AIDS law in 1995, but it was written in 1988 and has remained largely intact. It was a copy from a Model Law that was adopted in varying ways throughout the nation to comply with federal anti-discrimination for AIDS patients. There was also another press release issued about crime rate drops, but that seemed to conflict with data. I changed both to reflect the current data. 9/3/2012 (Also I hope it is OK to reply here, if not I apologize). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.34.254.59 (talk) 03:02, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
Every week or so the text is changed to repeat that press release from the political organization "our campaigns". I tried to include the content that was their previously, bu the text has changed. I summarized some news articles and placed reference links. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.34.254.59 (talk) 14:31, 25 September 2012 (UTC)
