I got confused here because paragraph breaks were added but the source was not appended to them. Whether they're needed or not isn't really my concern - it was poor editing to "break" sourced content in that manner. I thought the addition of the "boroughs" sentence in relation to the Constitutional Convention was (a) trivial and (b) amusingly ironic since the contributor mis-spelled the word just as Barr had protested would happen.
