She's best known for an unhinged twitter rant in which she railed against someone for un-matching her on Tinder, and bragged about cyber-stalking him by looking through court records. That should probably be in the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:647:4f00:7d:f105:7d2c:c649:916a (talk) 22:08, 17 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

I mean the guy she defamed has an entire write up about it on his Wikipedia. Very telling that it's on his but not on hers here. 172.58.57.71 (talk) 03:40, 12 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Article misrepresents actual facts of work cited

edit

In this article, under the "Life and career" section, there is a paragraph highlighting criticism of Lenz' role as moderator in a 2019 discussion with presidential candidates. There is one source cited in this paragraph relating to the criticism, an article in The Advocate.

The paragraph in the Wikipedia article ends with "Liz did not respond to the allegations or offer an apology." Besides the misspelling of Lenz' first name (should perhaps also use surname instead), this statement is false. The Advocate Article devotes the three final paragraphs to Lenz'response to the criticism.

We should delete the comment "Liz did not respond to the allegations or offer an apology" and replace it with summary of Lenz' response. Geopunter (talk) 21:37, 20 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

I agree, thank you for bringing this up. I've now replaced the subject's given name with her surname and removed the unsupported sentence from the article. Arcendeight (talk) 13:04, 21 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
now can we stop 209.252.175.68 from removing it altogether, as they've now done twice for no good reason? appreciate that it's been reverted both times but it seems like Lyz might be trying to edit her own article or something. 2603:9001:2F0:A240:5033:E738:2CD3:1D17 (talk) 04:51, 26 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
