Confusion and conflation between Mahindra MPV and OFB MPVs causing issues in both content and citations
editThere are a number of citations that refer to MPVs without qualifications. The article text seems also to be based on this.
However this I think causes flaws. As it is quite likely that the citations were referring to other MPVs
eg Mahindra MPV wiki says it is based on Casspir. However the link attached only shows that it is on a URAL chassis and partnered with BAE. The OFB older MPVs were however, based on Casspir. So this might be a potential issue.
Also, the point on CRPF reducing usage in Naxal hit areas. The corresponding citation again refers only to MPVs and not necessarily Mahindra MPVs
The wiki says the first Mahindra MPVs were handed over in August 2011 to Jharkhand . The first citation for withdrawal talking about MPV becoming coffin tarps is October 2011. This is extremely likely that the reference was to earlier MPV usage - ie OFB Aditya MPVs or others in context, even if the policy was valid for both (ie 80 kg mine/ied will surpass both Aditya and MPV-1)
Please look into disambiguation and simplification wherever possible.
