Self-published sources should be used sparingly and only for uncontroversial basic information. Most of the article should be based on independent reliable sources, and not simply parrot the organization's own beliefs and statements (content should be written as a succinct overview from an "uninvolved" point of view) ==> I have removed most of the "vision", "mission" and other unencyclopedic fluff.
