About NPF
editHello there, Dev Adhi If you don't know in 2019 May NPF pulled out of Manipur NDA over the difference in stuff like development and many more. In addition there was a floor test (which was conducted with INC request) and NPF did not vote with NDA. Thus not making them part of the NDA.

Leader of Opposition
